“Enjoyed our stay. Nice location, clean, etc. A few items that we were unable to find/use and think would be helpful in a future stay: No hair dryer (listed in property ad) ice maker not working (can hear water running to it, but no ice) no soap/gel in the showers (not listed, but appreciated) Tub stopper didn't work - had to use one from the kitchen No stokers or cleaning items for the fireplace. Other than these minor inconviniences, it was great! Thanks!”

“Hello, The house itself is nice, the location very convenient for our purpose. The house has been redecorated partially, new bathroom, partially new kitchen. The upper floor has one main usable bedroom, and a second room which is not refurbished and sealed off for access a bit strangely, so it leaves a not-so-nice impression. The house has a front porch which is maintained. The back porch is actually nicer to use, but it was in a poor condition and the surroundings not taken care of, also……

Only negative comment is that some of the resort amenities listed were not in service like the pool and jacuzzi. The owner of this unit returned my calls promptly and answered all my questions.”

“The house was just about perfect and very well stocked. There was ample parking for a boat and 2 trucks. The ease of access to the boat ramp and Kyle allowing us to use the launch permit was outstanding. Other than the rainy days we had and arriving just after a big hatch, it was a great place. Kyle was easy to communicate with and was very responsive with any questions we had. Unfortunately due to the rain and bugs, we were unable to utilize the awesome fire pit that was just installed. “We owned at Izatys for many years. We have seen the ups and downs. The unit we stayed in was great, and we hope the new owners bring the resort back to the beautiful place it was. When Chip owned it, it was amazing. Let’s stay and play there to help the new owners.”

“My sister and I spent a few days in early October at this unit at Izaty's Resort on Lake Mille Lacs. This place is stocked with everything one needs. We loved our accommodations and especially enjoyed the lake view. While fall colors weren't at their peak, being near the lake and all the nature was lovely and rejuvenating.”

“Great little apartment near the lake for a couple. Grocery store across the street. Many extras in the apartment for snacks or to get you started cooking (salt, pepper, oil, coffee). Would definitely recommend.”
