Staff was helpful and polite. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable! The breakfast was AMAZING! Incredible selection, more than I had expected. The lady who attended the breakfast room was delightful! Good Job to all. Will highly recommend and will definitely return :)

Pros: The pool was heated and very comfortable and hot tub was enjoyable. The pool was cloudy though. They did clean our room on second day as requested. We just are not used to having to ask. They served a decent breakfast. Parking lot was nice. Our room was on first floor so did not have to climb steps with luggage. Staff wss helpful and friendly. Cons Tray missing for coffee pod. Front desk gave us one. Toilet runs No wire to connect phone in room. It was missing. No where to put our personal items like soaps or personal scrubbers in bathtub area We realize this is an older hotel but needs some upgrades.

The bed was wore in the middle. The shower had a large hairball in it. It was pretty run down. The staff was friendly.

Good price for a large, functional room, room appears clean and well appointed. Everything is functional, nothing is fancy. Breakfast is good with a cheerful attendant. Extending our stay by an extra day was hard to do, and the front staff didn’t get it right. That was annoying.

Hotel was clean, pool is heated and large. They provide pool toys which our kids loved, breakfast that is provided is decent with a good variety of food options. Beds aren't as comfortable as some other hotels we've stayed at. Only downside is that they don't come through and empty out trash cans or replenish toiletries unless you ask. We had to go to the front desk a few times and ask for things. They don't switch out sheets or towels every day- which we were fine with, however needing to ask to have our trashcans emptied and for toilet paper, along with other room amenities being restocked was frustrating.

A/C didn’t work. Front desk didn’t seem to be at all concerned & no one came to fix. There was dirt inside the made bed. We had to shake dirt out of the sheets and slept on top of blankets we brought for the beach.. Also, the way the room was setup was so weird. The desk & chair were directly at foot of bed, while tv was placed on credenza with fridge way to the left. Tv didn’t extend out or swivel. Which made tv watching completely impossible. Charged $163 $30 for pet fee for 1 night. I would have been better off sleeping in my car!! I will never stay there again. I will absolutely not recommend!!!

The staff were very friendly but the hotel was very dirty; specifically, the rooms, hallways, stairway and etc. Very dirty and dated in areas. Th lobby wasn’t in too bad of shape. Images posted online are not an accurate representation of the hotel cleanliness and look.

I had an issue with the shower at 7:00 am on the day we were to leave. No hot water in the shower. Called front desk Response - We had issues with handles being put backward, No Maintenece person available We were leaving that day Next response - we can move your room. I tried to call hotel 3 times to talk to the manager left a message to front desk for Eric Scott mgr no response - call transferred over to Wyndham corporate however they couldnt a response. I also booked 2 separate rooms. I ended up taking a cold shower and my wife couldnt take one, The lack of response was unacceptable. Filed an compliant with Corporate Wyndham however their response was a cover up by stating that no issue with the shower.
