Riding the Eurovelo 6, we were looking for a place to relax and recharge. We enjoyed the little apartment with a kitchenette, and friendly, helpful staff. There was a safe indoor place to store our bikes, and shopping nearby. I hated to leave!

Just what we needed
We used the apartments twice as we passed through Nevers with our two dogs. This was perfect for us. Clean, spacious and bright. The fan was really helpful too. Very pleased with both stays.

I found this property hard to find. There was noone at the desk and I had a hard time finding room almost gave up. I do not speak or read French so this did not help with there being no one at the front desk. The room had a strong smell from the room freshener and it was overpowering.

Great stay but please get your wifi sorted.
Everything was perfect except the wifi. It dropped off line every 10 or so minutes and very annoying whilst trying to Skype family. Another person staying helped us out and gave us their password which stayed on line and never popped off. A couple of things missing in the kitchen, a chopping board and dishwashing liquid.

Excellent room but some issues
The room is very large, comfortable and modern. As others have noted, it is in a wing of senior housing. There are two main issues guests should be aware of: 1. There is no air conditioning, and the windows have no screens. 2. The reception desk is open only limited hours--and does not open in the morning until 10 am. (However, the senior center is open, so you can probably get in and have someone call the manager for you if you arrive at unusual times. Management is friendly and helpful. The nearest shops are a few blocks from the residence and are in a somewhat seedy neighborhood. Cleaning of the residence public areas was below standard. A large dead bee remained conspicuously in a main hallway for four days.

Dommage qu'aucune indication ou plan de la residence ne soit mis a disposition(hors heure ouvrable).. Après avoir été orienté par le personnel de l'ephad, nous avons pu orienter également des clients qui étaient egalement égaré... Un plan est il si difficile a joindre ? Pour le reste.. rien a redire en terme de taille /propreté de l'appartement

Aucunes poêles et casseroles n’étaient présent dans le logement donc impossible de se fait manger. Autant qu’il n’y ai pas de cuisine dans ce cas là…. De plus, seulement, une assiette au lieu de quatre. Au moment de mon départ, j’en informe la personne à l’accueil de l’établissement qui, à ce moment là ne se sent pas du tout concerné (aucun mot d’excuse ou ne prend en compte ces absences d’équipements pour résoudre la situation pour les prochains clients…). Je ne réserverai plus dans au sein cet établissement…

Séjour au top à chaque réservation Personnel souriant , accueillant et à l’affût en cas de besoin Les chambres sont constamment propre et bien rangés La literie est très satisfaisante et les douches sont très spacieuses Petit plus pour les balcons qui permettent de prendre l’air sans forcément sortir de la chambre et mention spéciale pour la réactivité de l’équipe face à quelconque demande ou besoin même à la dernière minute
