I didn't experience the big issues others seem to have had except for the smell of smoke which barely bothered me. Yes, I think there's "work" happening in some rooms but I had no issues, my room was clean and every single request I made to staff was honoured promptly. I saw or heard nothing that made me feel unsafe. At this rate in this city it's a good deal.

Horrible customer service, communication between motel and shuttle service is a joke, waited 1 hr and 20 min for a shuttle and in the end called a taxi. The main moyel room was clean but bathroom was sketchy, the mattresses was poor also. Never to return.

The room i stayed at had roaches and spiders all in the room. I was traumatized i hate bugs and that’s the first thing i look at when i go into any establishment or hotel. I didn’t even feel safe enough to spend the night i ended up going home to sleep.

Room was filthy dirty with stains on the walls, bed held up with broken wood, tv was taped up, AC broken, bathroom sink broken, bathtub was miniature in size, refrigerator stuck and stained along with microwave, never ever stayed in a room so horrible that I actually want my money back this was a tragedy and a mistake to stay here I’m afraid to lay in bed I don’t need bed bugs

Dirty bathroom, hair in the sink and shower, no hot water. It also looks like the main door has been kicked through at some point, and sort of repaired. Situated right next to a main road, but because of the run down nature of the building it's as if the window is open, so it pretty loud at night. Luckily it's just the soothing sounds of industrial New Jersey.... On the plus side it has a working AC.

Convenient location however a little on the sketchy side. I had to request for the use of an iron and get it from the front desk. Advised them that the shower wasnt working and waited for maintenance to come and fit it. Also there was only one working light in the room was told the best they could do was take a bulb from one light and add it to the one that was out. Woke up to seeing a roach. I didnt know they had thier own parking lot club at 1a. This was the worst experience ever.
