"The castle is beautiful, located in a charming little village. The room was clean, quiet, bed comfortable. It has a relatively small bathroom with small shower located in a corner. The toilets are separated to the right of the fire place. We did not eat at the restaurant because we were not hungry enough. The menu only offered expensive choices. No coffee machine or mini fridge in the room. "

I have booked a few properties all over the world and never had such a helpful host, the others tend to put barriers in place but Estelle couldn’t have tried harder. "We had a wonderful time. Stephane met our early arrivals to let them in and the whole party of 24 - great grandparents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins all enjoyed the lovely pool and grounds- with plenty of space for cricket, badminton and board games. Stephane was very helpful when the dishwasher didn’t work- coming up to replace it immediately. We had wonderful weather and really enjoyed Kayaking in Lusignan. We would love to return"

"Beautiful location and perfect for 3 couples who like to travel together. There is a good boulangerie within a short walk and a fish and chips truck that was excellent that is set up once a week near there. The house has great outdoor spaces, but the weather did not cooperate for us to use the pool(which appears to be very nice). "Wonderfully appointed property, perfect for 4 families holidaying together. Interesting location plenty to do if you wish or perfect to sit and relax by the pool."

"After initial booking, don't expect much more help from the booking agency. And if French is not your spoken language, hire or ask a french speaking friend to help with booking the vendors. The recommended caterers are ok. Book the times 30 minutes earlier to ensure it's on time. And make sure ALL details are in writing and explored, or you may be disappointed."
