“We have stayed at the Mio three different times. We were a little disappointed with this visit. Had to ask four times to switch rooms because the air conditioning did not work. No offer of upgrades. Pool is in need of repair. Service staff excellent and very friendly. Breakfast is very good and well worth the extra cost. Close to good restaurants and shopping. All in all we had a good stay and love PVR. ”

“El hotel ya tiene sus años pero está muy bien conservado. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas y la atención es muy agradable. Las albercas están geniales y climatizadas. Sobre la comida y bebidas puedo decir que es uno de los mejores hoteles en este rubro, la comida es deliciosa desde el desayuno hasta la cena y las bebidas de calidad. El punto negativo se lo pondría en los baños porque solo hay unos en el centro del hotel y a veces es mucho caminar si estás en la alberca o restaurante. El otro……

“The best part of this resort is the staff. They were so cheerful and helpful. Fabulous place with endless food, drinks, and entertainment.”

“Overall it was a great stay. AC unit was down for one day, which was really hot during the afternoon. But they were able to fix it by night time. This was probably a rare incident, but overall it did make the stay a bit more uncomfortable. But other than that, the staff were really friendly and it was a nice resort to stay at with friends.”

“There are very few restaurants to choose from. On the first day we arrived, we only had a buffet, and it was super invincible terrible. All other restaurants need to make an appointment and we are Expedia customers so there is no room service for us. I can't order food to my room. There are only two bottles of water in the room, no refrigerator, no other soda and beer are even more impossible. Anyway We won't come back again”

“Love the shopping convenience of the property. Customer service was great overall. Didn’t like the offerings of the time share salespeople and a $20 deposit. Overall loved the property and offerings. If the timeshares people offered better discounts and perks I would have taken the time to consider becoming a member. ”
