“We were fortunate to have the hill too ourselves, beautiful view from hill, but views limited in cabins 2, 3 & 4. Cabin 1 had the best cabin view. Cabin 3 & 4 is a duplex with only a latch door to separate you. We stayed in cabin 3 it was very clean and quaint. Enjoyed a quiet night on the hill with a firepit and the fire wood provided. The hot tub was very nice, but located down by the main house which requires you too drive down and park . The host was very polite and helpful when available.……

“My wife and I celebrated our 27th anniversary. The cottage was nice. Tammy the property manager was friendly and easily accessible. She shared her knowledge of the area and recommended good restaurants. It was chilly for our stay, so we didn’t get to explore the grounds, but they looked beautifully kept.”

“Overall, this property is exactly as listed. It’s in a great location. The only issues we had were lack of toilet paper and paper towels and the cleanliness of the hot tub and back deck. There is a lack of water pressure in the shower. Nathan was very responsive when we contacted him. He is a new owner of this property, so hopefully this review will help him address easily corrected issues.”

“This property was perfect for our vacation. It is quiet, private, pet friendly. The cabin was charming, inviting, surrounded by nature. The beautiful sunrises and sunsets, the birds singing, and habing plenty of room for my dog to run. The hot tub...A great addition! Kelvin our host, was attentive, available, ready to answer any questions. He came up to meet us, checked to make sure everything was to our liking, and just a happy friendly man. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to……

“The house was very tastefully decorated and had all the amenities we could want. It was minutes from downtown French Lick, so it was very convenient. Bed was comfortable, as was the living room. Hosts even left us some chocolates!”

“It’s a good thing they invented GPS, or we would have never found White Oaks Cabins. It’s located off some back country roads in a very peaceful and serene area, far removed from the stereotypes of Indiana flatness. Our cabin was warm and cozy and we especially enjoyed sitting on the screened-in front porch in the evening, listening to the sounds of nature. Despite its seeming isolation, it’s only a few miles from a nice restaurant (Lucas Oil Clubhouse) and a grocery (Jaycee’s) in the town of……

“Creative unusual property. Basement of old Library. Thermostat for basement is upstairs. No problem. Kitchen has air fryer, microwave, small fridge and coffee maker. Nice sink. Bathroom shower is wacky but functional. Plenty of hot water. We had grandparents, two grandkids and our pet. It was perfect and priced right. 5 stars.”

“Nice cabin away from everything. Wish there was wifi but if you want to disconnect from the wood this is the place. Only downfall wasn't as close to the lake as I'd had hoped but overall nice property owner very clean and nice cabin. Many board games to play to stay entertained”
