Although our first and second stay was quite nice, our third was one that will prompt us to never come back. Our third experience is as followed. We travelled to Phuket with our grandparents, note that they are in their 70's and 80's. One morning they had decided to head towards one of the restaurants for the hotel's morning buffet. “stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, the view is very impressive when I walked into the front desk. However, I think the room needs some regular maintenance. Shuttle bus only offer one way with limited services. It would be great if they can offer return. ”
