"This resort was absolutely AMAZING. We missed our connecting flight due to other flight delays and when I called to notify them that we would be arriving around 2am, they went above and beyond to still greet us with a warm welcome (and man, did we need it!). Our room was a king room with private access to our pool and jacuzzi tub. That was a very nice treat. The staff was GREAT. Shout out to Yazz who helped us to our room at 2am! Every question we had, whether about the resort or surrounding...

"It is disappointing that there no laundry service or laundry room there is no convenience store which it should have if only to sell the essentials and the shuttle should be free as the distance to the town is quite a hike and more frequent The staff however are lovely "

"Nice hotel, great staff apart from one grumpy receptionist. Nice pools. Very close to everything Patong has to offer. I’d just say to be careful crossing the road outside the hotel - traffic does not stop for pedestrians on the crosswalk."
