“The Royal Palm was amazing and my family and I cannot wait to return. Amari was so helpful and so easy to contact via WhatsApp. Upon arrival she offered me a cold beer and created us with the cutest resident puppy named Mila. Check in was easy and check out was even better. Our room was clean and comfortable with sky tv and internet access. Bathroom was in great conditions. The best part is having the room right on the lagoon, it’s beautiful and clean. My daughter and I swam daily and watched……

“I have stayed at this complex several times in the past. This was my first time in this unit. It is newly remodeled and very nice. I highly recommend. Our group was just me and my wife and 8 year old daughter. The unit is small but it was adequate for us. The king size bed was very comfortable. I would have preferred a second bed, but it worked out fine. Kitchen and bathroom were great. There is a Weber gas grill to use which was clean and operational. I would definitely stay here again. “Clean, comfortable, very quiet—a great place to recharge. Staff is super helpful. Most beach or tourist activities are a 15-25 min drive, which was a little more driving than I anticipated. The (wonderful, life-saving) air conditioning also had some kind of automatic shut off in the middle of the night, which doesn’t work out very well for perimenopausal women from cold climates.”

“The villa is just off the road (highway) connecting west and east side of island. Enough out of town to make you feel like you're in the jungle. The birds and lizards are super cool too see and hear as you eat the breakfast made by the onsite chef and brought to your villa in the morning. The host was really great at getting us everything we needed such as rental car, ebikes, suggestions on the island and activities. The villa itself was so clean and with the a/c was very comfortable. “Great property. My only negative comments are the mosquitoes outside of the dome. But we kept the opening closed. The sheets were clean but dingy. I suggest you don't use those in the future.”

“Very friendly and helpful staff. We chose the camping for it's wilderness, yet choosing the room with the bed. It didn't disappoint us. Access to the beach and luminiscence area is 5 minute walk away and the city centre 15 minute by foot. Very clean toilets !”

“We have stayed here several times and it never disappoints. The casita is perfect for 2, the beach and water are a short walk and 10 minutes from downtown Tulúm. The lovely couple that are the caretakers are wonderful! Can’t wait for our next trip!”

“We had a lovely time in this simple little hut with fantastic views of the ocean. No direct beach access, but if the water is calm enough you can go for a swim by clambering over the rocks. Easy to do with rubber soles. Otherwise there's a lovely beach a short walk away. The house is very basic, but the landlords take great care to make you feel welcome.”
