They were limited on key cards. We had 3 adults staying in a room and only one card… We had to coordinate to go to the pool or fitness center, or just use the elevator to get back to the room. The facilities are average. The AC in our unit was either all the way on or not on at all. We expected more.

The only thing I think needs a upgrade is the pool area small and wasn’t the best..I I may have also been the time of the year we went too Wasn’t hot enough yet for the pool

AMAZING! Super cute spot, the inside and the rooms have such a cute aesthetic, when i go back to Richmond for my next visit i will most def be staying here. The staff was so kind and so welcoming.
