“The communication was excellent from the very beginning. The apartment was clean, and safe. We enjoyed daily breakfast at the Tostado restaurant one block away. Open from 8am-3pm. “The place was clean and close to restaurants and walking distance to beach. Communication on how to check into room was easy to follow. After I had checked out I realized I left my phone charger in room….a few texts back and forth I was able to pick up charger a few days later I was very happy that they took the time to look for it and made sure I got it back😊”

“So this is the first time we’ve ever been to Puerto Rico. We stayed at this property for 7 days. Overall it was a good experience. Here’s a couple pro’s & cons since there aren’t many reviews. Cons: • Shower curtain is short so when you shower water splashes on the floor we had to put towels on the floor (Simple solution). • Small ants in the bathroom. No big deal all you have to do is spray their trail with bleach. But they’ll be back the next day. Mostly found in the bathroom. Most likely……

“This was a great home base for our trip to San Juan! The three of us had plenty of room and we really appreciated the amenities: well supplied kitchen and laundry. We had a couple minor maintenance issues, but the guest services team was always right on top of things - really great communication. Lots of restaurants nearby and walking distance to the beach.
