This condo is located in the heart of Ocean Park on a gated, 4-story colonial style building. It has a recently renovated community pool with sun deck, parking space for our guests and video-monitored security. Ours is a charming one bedroom, one bath apartment with a fully loaded kitchen, and a cozy living/dining room area (with a sofa bed). It includes central A/C, hot water, 2 SMART TVs, and Wi-Fi. It sleeps up to four people (ideal for a small family or couple). Located at just walking distance from a gorgeous beach, great dining, shopping and casinos.

Ocean Park is just walking minutes from the upper scale Condado neighborhood, and the restaurant district of Calle Loiza. And at just a few minutes' drive you'll be able to experience Old San Juan, where you be able to admire Spanish architecture, local fine cuisine, shopping and entertainment.

Puerto Rico is only 100 miles x 35, which means you can get just about anywhere within a 2-hours drive. You'll be able to experience some of the best outdoor activities in the Caribbean such as scuba diving, snorkeling, parasailing, horseback riding, zip lining, kayaking, surfing and much more!

Where do I start
It started with checkin being at 3 but the cleaners were still cleaning and didn’t get to checkin until 3:15. I would have not cared if that was the only thing. It’s advertised as 2 smart tv but the bedroom has the only smart tv. When I started cooking dinner the water was shut off and I had to call VRBO since the owner wouldn’t get back with me. He informed VRBO they are working on the pipes and water should be back soon. I had no water for about 2.5 hours and usually that wouldn’t be a big deal also. Then time for bed and my 17 year old son had to use all his strength to unfold the sleeper sofa. In the middle of the night the shower curtain fell down and the whole time I fought the thing. Would not stay up. Then the last night around 8:30 we lost power. That was not the fault of the owner the whole grid went down. We did stay without power until we checked out the next morning at 11. The owner said he would refund one night for the inconvenience of it all but I have not received the refund as of yet. I emailed him to remind him and have not received an answer.

Great Location
One block walk to beach. Great location for Uber pick ups to San Juan or going east away from OSJ. Very walkable with plenty of restaurants. 24 hour store nearby. Very nice neighborhood.

Property was in a good location (1 block to the beach, short walk to cafes, hotel zone, and La Placita). Biggest inconvenience was wifi did not connect during our stay and the shower temp takes a while to heat up. Two things this unit can benefit from is a full length mirror and hooks on the bathroom door to hang towels.

Nice little apartment
Our door had some issues. Beds could use some updating. And some hooks to hang towels to dry would have been nice. Over all this was not a bad little apartment. I appreciated the security. The pool was clean. The washer/ dryer access was nice to have. Manager was always a text away.

Location location location
The property was well centralized, clean, and convenient in San Juan. We rented a car and we’re able to park within the gated community and the condo is private access. The location is close to the beach, casinos, restaurants, and night life. Great place for a getaway!

Great location. Close to beach 5 minute walk. Also to many restaurants/cafés/ shops. You get a parking space which is good because parking is a problem in san juan. However at the rental, it is really tight parking. The rental is very small. 3 people max! The door is left open in picture which gives it a larger look. I also thought it was a balcony. They did provide beach towels, 2 camping chairs and a Styrofoam cooler. The coffee pot is a 4 cup and was very slow. The air conditioner is somewhat loud but works well. They need shelves and hooks for things since no one is going to use the large, crazy closet in bedroom. property manager was great. The pool was clean and nice. For the price and location it was good but I may upgrade for a larger space.

We booked this rental because we wanted a change of scenery. We have been staying in Isla Verde for the past couple of years and wanted a little closer to the Condado area. The location is perfect. Access into the rental is perfect. Communication with the owner and the rental Mgr is great. Our only issue was there was a blinking light outside of the bedroom. (Didn't know if it was going out, because it wasn't every night). We thought that there was local TV, however, it was only Netflix and a TV to use with your computer. There's no counterspace for the kitchen, when you want to cook. The air conditioner is loud when it is running. Everything else about the rental is awesome.

I loved staying at this property. The location is great. The studio is really clean and everything was updated. I liked that it has a private parking at the property. There is a lot of restaurants around the area. The beach is behind the property and check in and check out was a breeze. I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!!!
