Quiet location incredibly convenient to the West Entrance of the park. Price was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint would be lack of places to plug things in. That is important when traveling with teenagers.

We stayed for 2 nights, we had our dog with us. We got a two bed cabin, the room was a bit crampy, the washroom was spacious. They had a warning about hot water running out and waiting for about 20mins to get a refill, but we were fine, we did not run out of water. The hot tub was a bonus after a long day, we got lucky and it was just us using the facility. The two girls in reception were quite nice and friendly. We had a decent stay, will recommend the place. Very close to the west entrance so it was convenient. The town in itself was lovely, and we enjoyed walking around. The pet fee though was 50 dollars a day.

It wasn't a bad location and push comes to shove I'd stay here again. It's always the little things though that mount up that can drag a place down. It started with our cabin not having any number, unlike all the others around, so it made locating it a small challenge. We boiled in the master bedroom, because there's zero air flow. The doors all need some work, because they were very difficult to open/close. The housekeeper didn't speak English, creating a language barrier. Internet is extremely slow. Probably worst of all was that the cabin is just extremely dark. With every light on, my wife still had to use the light on her phone out to read a book.

The rustic cabin was spacious, comfortable and had a full kitchen with a gas stove. Loved the fireplace and rocking chairs. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Their dining recommendations were spot on. Definitely want to stay here again.

The rooms were very unique and fun. Loved the size and amenities provided in the room. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The draw back is the lack of hot water in the shower. Had two tepid showers with very minimal pressure. It was cold out. BUT, Would so totally book again though.

Kris at the front desk was so nice! The cabin was clean but the beds were very uncomfortable. Very few outlets for charging. The lamp between the beds couldn’t be plugged in either. Great complimentary coffee in the morning but we were early in the season and there was miscommunication about what time the office opened where we could get coffee. Bring your own coffee pot if you’re staying 4 nights like we did. We used our cooler/no fridge in their basic cabin. The staff made up for any inconvenience!

I cannot recommend this place enough. We stayed for 8 nights. It was way more than I expected. Has a homey feel and does not feel like you are in a hotel. The staff is very kind. Office hours are 8am to 8pm, but there is a number you can call if needed (we did not). The clean the cabins every 3 days, and they missed us on our 6th day, but fixed us right up the following day. I loved that it was so close to the west entrance of Yellowstone. This made it easy to enter the park on a number of days without a long drive before arrival. I highly recommend!
