This was a stopover on our road trip. The hotel staff bustled around to help make our stay pleasurable. Our room was nice, clean and well-maintained. It was a bit difficult to find since it had no road signs pointing to it.

I went for a short visit and was very happy with my stay. From the time we arrived the staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is very centrally located and there is so much around in terms of shopping and dining. The hotel is very nice, charming, and comfortable. Would highly recommend it!

This was a lovely hotel. The staff were very helpful and whisked our luggage upstairs whilst we booked in. The room was a good size (Premium) and the bed lovely and comfortable. The hotel is a short walk away from the old centre and the restaurants within that area but the hotel recommended places for dinner within and without that area taking into account our requirements. We would recommend booking for breakfast as it was very impressive.

A beautiful historic building on a quiet street, with almost 300 restaurants within a 0 3 mile radius (at least per Apple Maps!). Great value for the price and an excellent location.

We were given a great room on the fifth floor overlooking the road. The room was very spacious and clean, beds nice and comfortable. The room had both a kettle and coffee machine for your use. Lovely big bathroom with double sink. Very nice and helpful staff. The hotel is conveniently situated for the old town, especially the shopping. It has a nice bar and separate lounge/ grand salon. It's about 15 mins walk to the cathedrals and river. Room service was good. Would definitely recommend.

I have no idea why people leaving this hotel such high rating it is very misleading. This hotel requires some cosmetical renovation at least. It was very noisy there, you can hear all your neighbors. The shower head was broken and leaving its own life (spraying the water everywhere, but not on you), the toilet is very smelly, and I think it is not cleaning issues it is just needs to be replaced along with pipes. And yes, the smell gos to your room as well if you open a door just a bit sine there is no vent. The water temperature is not consistent and gos from cold to warm on its own will. Not to mention the higher as average price on everything, starting from the room price to parking and even water in the a minibar. Definitely don't recommend, it just doesn't worth your sleepless night. Glad we stayed only one night there. Can't believe they have 4 stars 😂

Beautiful, but reception hall for weddings
The hotel was really nice in a beautiful building. When we arrived, there was valet service for the car which was really helpful. There was a wedding going on, so the lobby was full of people and really chaotic. We were given keys to someone else’s room or the room had not been cleaned from the previous guest, so we had to go back to the lobby and navigate the wedding guests again to get another room key. We went out and explored the city and came back around 1am. This is late for us, but so glad that we stayed out late because when we returned to the room, there was music blaring from the wedding reception and vibrating the walls of our room. I called the front desk and asked when it would stop and they said it would immediately. The music stopped about 10 minutes later, but then there was noise from them cleaning up the reception hall (dragging chairs and tables, etc) that went on until almost 2am.
