"Price isn't as good as it sounds. Would have given it 5 ⭐ but upon check out there was a $22 a day parking fee. I even asked if I needed a parking pass which I did need. But, there was never an mention about a fee. When I asked about it she said it clearly states it on the parking pass. Given that you don't have an option if you want to park at the hotel it should've been mentioned up front. There's no where else to park and I've never stayed at a hotel that charges you for parking. "

"Please don’t put people who don’t need handicap accessible facilities in a handicap accessible room without first telling them. I may look like I need that type room, but I really don’t. Shower was awful. "

"Gorgeous property overlooking the mountains. We had several service issues, including long, long waits are the restaurants and incorrect orders (multiple times.) Our waitress at the Croft also told us she was so busy because the waitresses are also required to wash the dishes of their guests. When we checked out, there were hundreds of dollars in charges that were incorrect and thankfully were caught and resolved. They really try to nickel and dime you for everything at this resort. "The apartment is excellent! - we have enjoyed our stay and I love the home away vibe that this property is giving fully furnished with minimalist decorations. Well cleaned and full equipped kitchen is a plus. Location is perfect too! Will definitely stay here again and highly recommended! "

"Property was clean, staff was friendly, parking was easy (parking lot on the side on the property). The only drawback was the elevator did not require your room key to access going up so anyone could take the elevator up to any floor. Most places we stay these days have that safety feature for elevator access"
