Very close and convenient to everything in Knoxville, but you don't feel like you are in the city. Kathy was very nice and extremely quick with communication and anything you could need. Would definitely recommend and will absolutely book again!”

“Enjoyed our weekend stay here. Beautifully decorated on the inside. Nice amenities with coffee, cocoa, snacks. House is as described and all communication with the owners were great. Very peaceful and safe neighborhood. Enjoyed the outdoor lightning as well as the neon sign inside. We were here for basketball tournament and this place was about 15 ninutes from the convention center and close to stores, grocery, and many restaurants. Definitely would book here again.”

We watched nature hiked the property, had bon fires, played pool and grilled most meals. It was our best vacation ever, it was so peaceful and private and relaxing. “The house was wonderful. We had all we needed. The interior of the house was decorated cute. Bed was comfortable. The correct driveway was a bit challenging to find belonging to the house. The house is set back behind two other houses. We passed the driveway several times before deciding which lead to the house. I would stay at this VRBO again.”

“This cottage was adorable and perfect for an overnight stay! It was spacious and clean! Great shower pressure and comfy bed! Had difficulties finding the cottage at night. Before getting to the large private drive, you will make an immediate left (it will look like you’re driving into someone’s driveway) but the cottage will be on the right! Already planning a trip back and WILL book this again! Brian was quick to respond and extremely easy to communicate with! :)”

“We enjoyed our stay but wasn’t 4 beds as advertised. One of us slept on the couch. Lawn was overgrown and difficult to carry up luggage. There were a few hairs on the sheets and toilet upon inspection on arrival. The master suite was very nice!”
