Property itself was lovely and clean..staff were helpful. Would have preferred a cooked breakfast option and a kettle in the room. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Great location to both central amsterdam and the airport. Rooms and hotel are decorated nicely. Would be nice if they had tea/coffee in the rooms.

Had a great stay here, it’s close to transit and an easy ride in to the airport and from there you can get anywhere. The rooms were always clean and fresh. There was construction out front but we had no trouble sleeping through it. Very quiet.

Nice boutique hotel. Clean, has a bar and restaurant, breakfast. Everything was very nice only the room has no refrigerator or coffee maker or hot pot for hot water. So we had the breakfast which got us our coffee and it was very good. Over all I would stay here again.

The front desk staff and staff in bar/dining area were very friendly and accommodating to special needs. The property was exceptionally clean and decorated in warm, welcoming way. Room was quiet and bed comfortable. Shower area accessible and very clean. The “bar bowl” with veggies and quinoa was delicious and reasonably priced. Breakfast buffet had many choices including hot scrambled eggs, yogurt, fruit, delicious rolls, cheeses, meats, and good coffee. Very happy. Only issue was the construction. In front of hotel. Taxi from airport couldn’t find his way to front door. Not the fault of hotel.

The Wait staff in the so called 'Restaurant' were very unhelpful, especially to foreigners. I went and sat down in what appeared to be a restaurant. After 15 minutes of waiting and wait staff completely ignoring me, I asked for a menu. Then then went onto direct me to the bar area in which they called the restaurant. I sat down at the bar and continued to be ignored. 10 minutes later I got up and got my own menu from the stack I noticed by the end of the bar. another 5 minutes later I noticed a large line forming at the other end of the bar. I got the attention of one of the bar wait staff and asked if I order food from my seat or from the end of the bar. The waitress said that she was busy but she would serve me shortly. Another 10 minutes passed and instead of the wait staff coming to take my order, they continued to serve the people lining up at the other end of the bar. There were no signs indicating where to order from and I was completely ignored for 35 minutes. After flying 18 hours, and getting to the hotel at 830pm all I wanted to do was get something to eat. I then just got up and left and went to the macdonalds down the street. This experience turned the beginning of my stay very poor. I intentionally did not eat at the hotel as I was clearly not welcomed. Note to the wait staff - Smarten up. Your rudeness and inattentive behavior cost the hotel money. I also will not stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently close to the airport. However, unlike others in the area they do not offer shuttle services and there are no taxis around. The rooms are good, clean, comfortable. However, they lack basic things you’d expect to find in a 4-star hotel, such a kettles/coffee maker/coffee pods. Towels in the bathroom were rough like rags and were stained. You don’t have the ability to control room temperature except to change it in one degree; my room was freezing when the temperature outside was zero centigrade. Attention to these details could make this hotel stand out but as is it’s an average hotel.

Overall an amazing. But please be aware that it is very far from the city. You will be having to get a lot of public transport. There is construction outside which makes it very hard for Ubers to get to you.

The hotel was perfect choice for location to and from the airport and city center, staff were very accommodating with all our needs , cozy room very clean lovely shower. My only advice to others is bring a travel kettle as there are no facilities for tea and coffee.

When checking in to the hotel, the front desk agent wasn't welcoming or friendly. We would have appreciated a notification on the website or email mentioning that there was construction around the perimeter of the building and the around the block. Our cab driver had to drop us off a block away and we had to walk. No ubers/cabs to take to airport - had to take the bus.

Enjoyed my short stay at Ninety-nine hotel. They have a jungle theme which was pleasent to see with all the little designs they had. I enjoyed the facility and the shower was pretty nice! Was close to a bus stop as well which was nice.

Lovely stay at NinetyNine Hotel rooms are spacious and clean, staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a nice aesthetic around the lobby area. My only downside was no smart TV to watch YouTube Netflix etc, especially in 2024 disappointed us however everything was great. Thank you

Easy access from Schipol airport via the bus system which is very easy to navigate. You can also use the same system to get to downtown Amsterdam in about 30 mins (more scenic than train although about 15 mins longer). Rooms were very large and great lounge spaces on first floor. McDonald’s is about a 10 min walk away in case you feel peckish. This is a great option for those whom desire a larger room with nice amenities at a very reasonable price. It was easily half the price of smaller and less nicer places downtown.

Staff left a bitter taste in my mouth due to their inability to show respect. One of the staff members asked if he can step in to smell my room after he smelled weed on my breath. Weed is legal in this country and I am very aware of the no smoking inside the hotel policy that they have. My only question was and is are you requesting to smell the rooms of all of the people who breath smells like cigarettes because these are both legal substances in this country and since these are non smoking rooms I’d assume that you all will be smelling their rooms as well. I was also completely confused by the staff members request considering that he for sure knew i was not smoking in the room because he was outside smoking next to me while i was Smoking. Completely made my experience with this hotel horrible. I’d never recommend anyone to stay here.
