"Lovely hotel just a few things missing .. like water glasses in the room! Water was provided but nothing to drink from. The lamps in the room could only be switched off at the mains and the socket was loose on the wall. Otherwise almost everything was lovely. The location is about 10 mins from the station so reasonably handy especially with a “grab”."

The mattress is hard, find it very uncomfortable to sleep on, the quilt is too thin, the toilet bowl cover is spoilt. There is no hand towel provided. The location is a bit far out fr the town. "We love the Tudor! It was so beautifully decorated for Christmas when we visited in end Nov. Felt like we are in European hotel. The staff we met are all friendly and helpful. We stayed in the duplex room with the attic and it was a nice experience sleeping in the tudor attic. We will certainly visit again!"

"The frontdesk staff especially Selvam was very accomodating and also generous with the bottled water giveaways. The room was clean and the AC was freeeeezing just like a Proton Automobile. Don't expect 5 star facilities as this is obviously a budget hotel and you'll be fine. The bathroom could use a tune up as some of the equipment inside were reaching their end-of-life. Would come back again."
