Check- in was a breeze Very nice person (probably owner) at reception Asked for a 1st floor room and got it Room itself was clean. little musty smell but once we opened windows for a few minutes it was fine Older motel so was expected Bathroom was ok a for cleanliness Had microwave and fridge which was nice Continental Breakfast though i must admit is sort of a joke unfortunately. its as bare as you will get Coffee, some bread for toast/bagel, juice, cereal That’s it Ended up getting bkfast at Wendy’s next door Property is sandwiched between a McDonalds and Wendy’s Good location just off the highway Nice staff

Your basic motel. Good bed, laminate floor, usable bathroom and shower, microwave and refrig. Your basic decent inexpensive room. Limited breakfast but a McDonald's next door.

Don't believe the hype. Don't believe the pictures. My three day stay was disappointing. My room smelled unclean and scummy. Someone in an adjoining room, (I think management ), was cooking a powerfully noxious food two nights in a row that penetrated my room and hallway. I went out and bought air freshener to cut the stench, but it wasn't effective. One bed had dirty sheets and blood stains. Towels were flimsy and stained. Sink stopper was broken. Lamp shade tattered. No chair to sit on. Hallway carpets filthy and needed vacuuming. Breakfast was bagels, half frozen, a muffin, raisin bran and coffee. To top off the visit, my room smoke alarm decided to blast me out of bed at 6 am. It went off, then came back on non-stop. To stop the earsplitting noise I had to jump up on a stool and disconnect the thing. Save your money, pay a little more and go elsewhere.

It was different. I liked that. The entrance was to the rear of the parking lot that made it seem safe. It was right between a McDonald's and a Wendy's that you could walk to. It was not fancy but yet it was nice. Served our purpose. The guy at front desk was real nice. The only thing I would have liked was more light.

Fantastic staff, for the price it's an excellent value. Grocery and common shopping close. Downtown Brattleboro 5 minutes away. Great food everywhere, Kipling Taverns top shelf dinner.

I enjoyed the stay , i haven't been back in a few years. I would like to point out the uncomfortable gawking from the people who seem to wander over when your outside and ask for cigarettes or money. The town needs to get a better grip on that, i know its an ongoing issue, i enjoyed the stay regardless. Very polite people.
