Marshmallow 'n Moonshine is a beautiful luxury cabin that adds a little slice of pie to your vacation needs. This very spacious cabin sits up in the prestige Eagle Mountain Phase 3 area. The home is perched on a hillside corner lot with plenty of room to play and hike the area! The spacious open floor plan begins in the common room with a magnificent gas log fireplace with a rock finish going from floor to ceiling. The kitchen offers a large granite countertop you will love with plenty of seating for everyone! Around the back of the cabin, there is another large ground-level deck with a relaxing outdoor fireplace and hot tub. Marshmallow 'n Moonshine is truly a place you will love!

On the first floor, you will find two king bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms.

As you head upstairs you will find the additional two king bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.

The upstairs loft also offers 6 bunk beds, pull out sofa, full bathroom and a game area, with a small balcony overlooking the beautiful wooded area.

★ PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. We allow pets 25 lbs or less with a 2 pet maximum. Larger breeds must be approved by the management team.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ Noise Ordinance ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of forest.

Housekeeping provides a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished.

This property is located off a gravel road. No charging station available.
