“Excellent condo, with good quality furnishings. Access instructions and pictures very easy to follow. Quiet residential street, just off 17th Avenue where there is great range of eating options. Downtown bus goes from end of road so easy to get around. Host quickly responded to one small issue. Thoroughly recommend a stay here.”

“this is a clean, new and comfy condo in a perfect location to walk around downtown and 1 block from the train station. Very good inside parking and the building security made us feel safe. The condo has everything we needed and the furniture was very comfortable. Host was helpful and responsive. Instructions were good but it took us a little while to learn how to get in and out. Tons of nearby restaurants, bars and shopping.”

“This unit was great! The location is close to lots of downtown and grocery/liquor/coffee stores. Bonus points for undergrojnd parking if you need a car as the street has a time limit. Unit was clean and spacious - more than enough room for 4 people and 6 if necessary. Host communication was great - we had a super late check in and paul had no problem with it. Building is secure and quiet! Only hiccup was the wifi didnt work great but we visited between snow storms.”

“Lovely property Confusing check in No communication with the landlord, we reached out twice to the automated emails we received and never got a reply. No number to contact the landlord directly and we had questions upon check in. Parking pass for underground garage (one reason we chose this property!) was not inside the house, as stated, so we had to park both cars outside and one car was keyed along the side. The toilet was plugged. No way to get a hold of the landlord. The condo itself was...

“It's a clean and comfortable apartment. There's gravel at the entrance, which is not good for carrying heavy loads, but everything else is satisfying. Especially the bed was very comfortable. Overall, it's suitable for a family of 4 to 5 people.”
