The AC was very load when it came on. You could not hear the TV unless you turned the volume way up and when it cut off the TV was so load and had to be turned back down. It made sleeping difficult.

Very nice hotel, clean & in walking distance of some of the main attractions & restaurants. We were here in Chattanooga celebrating my birthday. The staff was friendly & attentive. The downsized of the hotel was that the refrigerator in our room was not working at all. We had brought sandwich meat , strawberries & coffee cream to eat during our our stay. They all was spoiled by the next day. But I did notified the front desk and they replaced the refrigerator in our room. But other than that, everything else was fine. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Everyone was really friendly, clean, nice services. Parking lot was close. There were a lot of family friendly stuff to do. It would be nice if they provided a free breakfast it was a little above continental breakfast, but they did make you omelets however it was a little pricey for what they offered. It was convenient though.

Check in was efficient. Parking for additional fee was expensive. No free WiFi and meeting rooms didn’t initially have hot water. Was told the hotel didn’t allow outside food at the meeting room.

Pool was a heated pool, but it was closed. :-( Why?? That's the reason I chose the hotel. I also didn't get my Hilton Honors points because I booked through Expedia. Other hotel chains give me my points even if I book through Expedia. This policy will affect the hotel I choose in the future. It seems really petty not to give me the points when I'm still staying at the hotel.

Downtown Convenience and Comfort
The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was within walking distance to all restaurants and venues downtown. I can't wait to stay there again.

This hotel is nice enough, but many areas are showing its age. Our bathroom needed to be cleaned more thoroughly. It was a good hotel. Staff was very friendly.

Great Place to Stay
Chattanooga is a fun town. We did a lot of the tourist things like Lookout Mountain and were lucky enough to have great weather. With the DoubleTree being downtown we walked to almost everything in the evenings. The staff was professional and took care of us. I don't think you will have any issues staying here.

It was freezing
It was amazing other than the thermostat in the room would not cut the heat on and it would not even shut off it kept blowing cold air which in the winter time is freezing and the parking was less than adequate

I was very disappointed with this hotel. I thought Double Trees were a bit more upscale. The carpet was dirty, there was no TV remote and I had to wait 45 minutes for Maintenance to bring one. After a long drive, I wanted to relax and just chill...that didn't happen.
