Fue muy bueno cerca de todo, muy amables, buen servicio.sugerencias un shampo a las alfombras estan bien manchadas y provocan olor de poca limpieza, cuando realmente todo esta bien limpio

The hotel was nice enough. Not overly fancy. The gym area is a joke and the continental breakfast wasn’t great the first morning. Everything was empty (food, napkins, utensils, creamer) had to wait 20 mins before anyone started refilling things. Not much seating so guests were having to stand to eat. The tv in our room was messed up. The picture was coming in blue and distorted.

New..no bad smells. The mattress and pillows...perfect!! Finally a hotel with Keurig single serves...perfect! Shower with all the Dove products made me smell delicious!! Breakfast ok...the coffee Great! HBO kept me up til midnight, but the spring birdies sang loud songs very early right outside our window...love them anyway😉👍

Very convenient location. Nice breakfast, with excellent cinnamon rolls. Staff members were pleasant. But the toilet ran at random intervals. And there were some ants in the room - very upsetting. When I reported this to the night person at the desk, he said he would tell the manager, who would follow up. But that never happened. It was not a lot of ants. But even a few is too many.

By far the friendliest and most professional staff I've encountered at any hotel. Other hotels should be sending their management to this hotel for training and to take notes on how it's done.

The room was dirty especially the floors! Hair etc in the bathroom floor and you could tell the carpet wasn’t vacuumed! The shower had a constant drip! The staff seemed confused, even gave a guy the key to a room that was occupied already!

Definitely wouldn’t recommend. Could have stayed somewhere much nicer for less but chose this place due to having an indoor pool. It is filthy.

Check in was easy soft beds. But The room was older , elevator seemed very old and “heated” pool was freezing. Breakfast so so.
