The rental was clean and cozy. The bed comfortable and clean. The couch set low for me though, and the shower was slippery, and had no hand rail. If you have to use a grab bar, bring along one. I loved that the toilet set higher, and was comfy. They were well stocked with toilet paper and coffee supplies. Very friendly.

We stay here at least once or twice a year. The location is amazing and the rooms are super clean and adorable. We stayed in the Sweet Suite this time. Josie is wonderful!

Interior was a bit rough (exposed plywood), but that went with the overall rustic feel. Superb location - It was only a short walk to the shopping district. Separate cottages enhanced the privacy.

Birthday getaway
My wife and I was just on a short getaway so this was where we decided to stay. It was very convenient and the cost was reasonable so I went by the reviews I read online and chose this place. Josie was very nice and offered us an upgrade which we didn’t take but in hindsight should have. Our little suite was small and just a bit dated. The only heat is a portable unit and there’s no way it can heat the place so that would be really bad during colder weather. I just noticed the unit was not in good shape but it was comfortable enough and convenient enough for us to overlook some of the shortcomings. I would recommend you choose a unit besides the Cozy Couple one as we would definitely do the same. We had a great time and we will definitely visit Nashville again!

Our manager was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The place was adorable and immaculately kept and this is only the first of many stays that we have planned at the Iris Gardens Downtown Cottages and Suites. It is conveniently located in downtown Nashville, Indiana. We were able to walk to nearly anywhere we wanted to go including restaurants and shopping but it was quiet and very peaceful at the same time. All in all, it is a wonderful place to stay and I highly recommend Iris Gardens Downtown Cottages and Suites for your next stay in Nashville, Indiana

Girls weekend
Check-in was early, which was nice. The room was clean, nice beds, extra large towels and make wash rags ( A BIG PLUS!) But the kitchen items were a disappointment. We brought our own food to make in the room to save money to spend in the shops, we didn't have any forks for salad, so we had to go find some, the pans were very old and stained, but we made it work. For what I paid for the rooms I think the owners could afford to replace some things. Other than that it was fine.
