"I arrived at 1:30 am. I was given an extra hour until check out, which was huge! My bed was comfortable, and other than sleeping and going potty, I used no other parts of the room."

Sleepy town. Consider elsewhere if you have a choice for staying a night on a long journey. The only redeeming thing about Connell is Michael Jay's restaurant. The owner/staff there are super friendly and their portions are generous

The reason for my visit is to go to the prison for a loved one. The town is very limited. Safeways are 30 miles away and the closest mcdonalds is 18 miles away. So im not a fan of the town but the lady at M&M hotel was awesome and helpful.
