“The house was nice and probably one of the cleanest vacation homes I have rented. I would not recommend more than 4 people due to the size of the house. It is very convenient to get to town and the Rockport beach. It only takes about 12 minutes to both.”

The web site would not let me cancel because it said my reservation had already begun - even though my check in was the next day. When I talked to the VRBO representative they said that the check in date had already occurred because apparently the time zone they were in was a day earlier. “My heart dropped when we recieved a message from the Host that there was a slight mishap with the reservations. Being around spring break I was afraid they were booked up. However, the hosts quickly reached out and thankfully were able to switch us around which included a free upgrade. 😀 which we were very thankful for..... Property was very well kept, place was clean, plenty of towels, comfy beds, great location, close to the beach and shopping stores. Everything was within a 5 minute walk....
