The front desk staff at check in and the shuttle driver were exceptional. Even though they were having computer difficulties at check in they made it an enjoyable experience. The driver of the shuttle to the airport was prompt and very friendly as well. I would definitely choose this location again.

We called for the transportation. The guy was extremely rude and end up hanging up on me. When I got to the hotel, He was very agitated and rude and when I went to get water he was very rude to another couple checking in. Then in the morning we went to get on our reserved transportation back to the airport and the driver had called in, but we weren't notified until 5:00 a.m. when we were supposed to leave, there was 15 of us waiting to get on the bus. We all had to pay for our own lifts and we weren't even notified until it was time for the driver to leave with us

Our room was dirty , they would not give us another room or clean ours that night , we had to make our own beds , there was fingernails in floor and poop in toilet , the guy at the desk was not professional he didn’t care at all about our situation , told me he had other customers to tend to , will not ever stay there again .
