"First time at this hotel and perfect for its location to the Therme Friendly helpful staff. I will certainly make this my hotel when in Bad Bevensen. "

"Great hotel. Awesome staff, bar, pool, sauna and overall environment. Elevator seemed a bit shaky as we got stuck in it multiple times and had to press the floor button a couple of times to get it to let us out. The only real complaint was that the pillows were really too soft (I know right) but it was like there was nothing to support my head while sleeping so they were way to soft with no support. Woke up feeling like I had whiplash because of the lack of support. Minor complaint I suppose....

It was not showing single bed request after. Which I didn’t notice after payment. I got to see this at the hotel. I’m very disappointed with details not adequate enough on Expedia website. Thank you.
