"Hidden costs for cleaning which was extremely disappointing (be prepared to cough up extra €60 for that). Extra charges for the towels (€10 er set per person) which are not included in the price. Never experienced anything like that. For the 6 days of stay apartment wasn't cleaned even once and you have to take care of your rubbish!!! No sofa in the room you can only seat at the wonky chair or lay down on your bed. Wi-fi was almost non existing. Only in communal areas and that wasn't working...

"We had an amazing holiday! Antonello was a very good host, pleasant to deal with and very quick to respond or help. The actual property was clean and welcoming and not far from a very nice beach, exactly as on the photos. However, we liked to discover and drove around to find other amazing beaches nearby. Overall a very nice area to stay. Thank you for a lovely holiday"

"The property was very spacious. The best sea view and sunset from the balcony. Very quiet and peaceful at night time. Noise and light blocking windows and doors so you don’t hear the sea at night and the sun doesn’t wake you up in the morning. Friendly and helpful staff. "

"Donato’s house is great. It’s in a superb location for the beach. The beach is superfine white sand and at the Cala verde end it’s stunning. The house is on a holiday village type arrangement. A play park for toddlers. The house is 2 bedrooms. The second room is small and like a mezzanine but fine for kids. The attraction is location to the beach. It’s quiet and peaceful set in trees. "The apartment is very nice, the view is simply breathtaking. The contact with Sardinia Unlimited was very friendly, as well as the on-site reception. The house was clean and well equipped. The furniture is easy but in good condition. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was big enough. We would like to come back soon! I would also like to thank Rina and Graziella that where very helpful when we needed to know where to go to eat some traditional Sardinian food! Frank."

"The payment process. I had to ring up expedia to clarify. It seemed like i was been charged by the property upon arrival. By ringing expedia they were able to find out that they were charging the expedia virtual card. There was no need for the property to have me sit there while the virtual card was been charged. They should have done that either before i arrived or after i left. They also made a big deal of cleaning the apartment before we left but they did not have adequate cleaning supplies...

"Overall this is a great property. Newly built and well located. Getting dropped off Or getting a taxi can be tricky. When we arrived there was a major traffic cluster because the drive was blocked by a parked car with no owner in sight. The hotel should have been on top of this and helping. "
