No request was too small or too big. His Customer service really made our trip memorable. He gave us ideas for places to go, restaurants, bakeries, local things to do, and if we had any issues at all, they were dealt with, in an expedient fashion! "This hotel was very nice and in a fantastic location! Right on the marina and walking distance to shops, restaurants and the beach! I would’ve given it 5 stars but the a/c went out and the room was hot. The fridge and tv didn’t work - not sure if the problem was all related. But the staff was very accommodating and friendly. They provided fans and with the balcony doors open the room cooled off at night. "
