"The staff were incredible, friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Food was sensational, everything perfectly cooked, seasoned and presented as impressively as the view. Everything just felt genuine, from the housemade seaweed butter and sourdough to the good mornings and small talk. We can't thank the team enough."

"£5.50 charge for car park at a hotel not a good idea. Very noisy at night with doors banging. But overall a nice hotel in a good location. "

"We had a twin standard room so wasn't expecting too much, but we had a lovely view into town with the sea in the distance. The bath over the shower was adequate, the toiletries were plentiful and the room was small but perfectly acceptable. The food was great, plenty to choose from at breakfast and dinner was great value at around £33. The spa was amazing! Already looking at when we can return. Thank you. "

"Fabulous stay with my husband and son in a one bedroom with sofa bed. Location was the best, apartment had everything we needed and was spacious. The staff were all awesome. Would stay there again, and likely shall."

"Great hotel, good location, very friendly evening bar staff and head receptionist was also very nice. Service in breakfast room was variable, felt rushed, often asked to choose tea or coffee etc before even seated. Asked about cooked breakfast options before even starting cereal. Cooked breakfast options could have been served hotter. Ran out of coffee cups & pastries on two occasions. "

"Excellent location, just around the corner from the Liberty Bus station, so taking tours and getting around was easy. All the staff were polite and efficient, even if they didn't always understand what was being said the first time. The only downside was that the room we had was under the eves of the building, so that one side of the bed was difficult to get into/Out of! Apart from that, thoroughly recommended."

"The location on the waterfront was stunning with the seaview room giving us superb views which constantly changed with the tide. Every member of staff we encountered was great --friendly and helpful"
