Enjoy Lake Life, A Great Minnesota Getaway!

Watch colorful sunsets over the lake from the comfort of the deck and newly remodeled cabin with an open floor plan, large kitchen great for entertaining and flexibility to sleep up to 9 guests with 3 bedrooms and a pull-out couch. This cabin has everything you need to relax with your family and friends. Amenities include a Smart TV, wi-fi, a washer/dryer, two full size refrigerators, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker, a regular coffee pot, crock pot. etc.

Imagine sitting on the deck watching your family and friends play yard games on the large, flat lawn and then joining them for a bonfire near the lake. If the evening gets chilly, you can continue your conversation and play cards/games in the screen house that we lovingly named the Bahrzebo. East Battle Lake is known for its clear water which makes it a wonderful place for fishing, swimming, water sports and boating. Provided is a Maui Mat for water fun. You won't want to leave the serenity of this location but if you feel like venturing out, there is a wide variety of restaurants, bars, breweries, golfing, and shopping nearby. Enjoy the lake by renting our pontoon, boat, kayaks, paddle board or canoe.

For your safety as well as ours we have installed camera doorbells at the front and back doors. No cameras are located inside the cabin.

Boat Rental Information:

Fishing/Ski boat: Crestliner Fish Hawk 1750. A fish/ski boat with a 90 hp four stroke outboard Yamaha motor. $100 per day

Pontoon: 2006 Palm Beach Deluxe 200- 60 HP Mercury four stroke motor. Hewitt Lift, with Shore Commander electric winch. $150 per day

Canoe: (fits 3 adults) $10 per day or $20 for your entire stay

Adult Kayaks: (4 available) $10 per day per Kayak or $20/kayak for your entire stay

Child Kayak: $5 per day or $10 for your entire stay

Stand up Paddle Board: $10 per day or $20 for your entire stay

We have several life jackets available but to have appropriate sizing you may want to bring your own. We have several bag chairs for around the fire, nice patio chairs are also located in the Bahrzebo with the high top table but we prefer they stay in there.

*any watercraft rental needs to be arranged ahead of time.

Wonderful place
Everything was perfect. Place was very clean and well kept. The only issue we had was when we arrived with our boat we were caught off guard as the photo showed an open side of the dock with a lift/boat on the other side. Turns out there was a lift/boat on both sides so we have to shoehorn in front of the lift with zero room to spare between the lift and the rocky shore. Very difficult in windy conditions......

Great lake front cabin
Great lake front cabin. It was cold and windy March day during our stay but the cabin had enough to do to keep the kids entertained. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 6 kids. Might have to come back when it's warmer or ice fishing.

A great place to relax and play on East Battle Lake
We had a great time! Ten of us stayed and had plenty of room. The house and outdoor living spaces were clean and well-equipped for us to eat, sleep, and play in this beautiful setting. We cruised, fished, and swam from the pontoon we rented for the day, which was reasonably priced. We enjoyed a campfire and s'mores by the lake, relaxed on the back deck with friends while enjoying the view, and rocked out to music with the sweet multi-room stereo. We would love to visit again!

Perfect Stay
We came to celebrate my grandpa's birthday. This beautiful home was perfect for our family to be able to stay together and enjoy the wonderful views and everything lake life has to offer. It was close to our family that lives in the area. Wish we could have stayed longer!!! We will definitely have to stay again. Highly recommend!

Labor Day stay
We stayed over the Labor Day weekend and had a blast. My son was in heaven as he could fish right off the dock and caught enough for supper one night. The drive was a little tricky as we arrived when it was dark and hard to see, but that was our fault. We also docked our boat on the dock which made for easy trips out on the lake. The cabin very clean and had everything we needed.

Nostalgia of old Woodland Park
I can say I spent most my childhood years on this property many years ago. Lots of family fishing memories on this land/lake. The road kinda has 2 names on google maps because this once was a family owned resort named Woodland Park. Obviously I’m bias to say it is the greatest area on East Battle Lake. Everyone: the hosts, neighbors, and the fish;) are soo friendly! There were four in our family ages 18+. Plenty of room for all of us. House was immaculate. We took advantage of the floater pad because there is not a sandy beach. Ask the locals where the swimming hole is ;) We stayed for a week. We had boat issues during our trip. Dale and the neighbors lent us some tools we didn’t bring with us. Thank You so much for everything! The hosts are very hospitable and quick to respond. This was a very memorable family vacation in the books. My family would like to thank you and we really appreciated the hosts for sharing this house on Vrbo. Our lives go on but family memories last forever :-D Happy Fishing!
