Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean, beds were comfortable. Plindoor pool was a great asset for our young grandsons for early spring.

Quiet, somewhat secluded but close enough to be convenient to restaurants and shops. Super impressed with the staff. On site cafe/restaurant was very helpful. Five stars!

Very very good
The reviews posted are accurate. The hotel was very clean, well kept, and quiet. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and I am picky about jar as I have a bad back. I only stayed one night and had to move on to a nearby resort whose rooms and twice the price and it is no nicer or cleaner than this Hilton. I would stay again, no question.

The customer service received was amazing however when checking out at 5am there was no one working at all. It would also be nice if their shuttle would run on weekends to accommodate their weekend guests. Also breakfast should be complementary.

Double Charged for Room
Hotels.com did not process my payment with the hotel so I had to pay an additional $265.00 on top of the $348.00 that I had already paid earlier in the week for a two night stay. So they charged my card over $600 for a two night stay! The customer service rep was helpful but it caused me to have to pay for my breakfast in person, which was more than what I paid online. Besides that the service was great and the staff was very friendly. The receptionist tried to help but was limited because I booked on Hotels.com. The hotel was very clean and comfortable.
