The information on activities and meals was not in real time. Reservations for restaurants were limited because they said the policy is to be made in advance or there was no space available. When we have the reservation to enjoy one restaurant we saw many empty tables available and we also saw the same things in all other restaurants. Another rule is the lady that make reservations for restaurants said that is only one restaurant in our stay, but the buffet is available every time. When you go to one resort or Cruise, the restaurants are illimited.

The stay there was very unpleasant the bedrooms and bathroom to the room where not officially probably working TV and telephone had no service. The Internet was in and out the railing to the door of the balcony you couldn’t open the door. It was a death trap no TV service and no phone service. I will never stay there again four times I asked for technician to come fix it and still I didn’t get nothing accomplished. I had to wait the day to the movie to another room and again had no TV and no phone service For unjustified and I will never stay there again

I will not recommend this resort, first of all when I got to the room there was no power, then I reserved a king size bed and got two small bed instead, sheets were dirty and lastly see like this resort is more a gateway for the locals. I immediately checked out and they wouldn’t even give me a refund. Bad business

I loved the the resort very beautiful, the only thing i did not like too much was the options for foos at the buffet, i did not get a chance to rey the other restaurants since they were closed the days we were here. The staff is amazing, they’re all very welcoming and helpful. I would definitely come back.
