“This home is just as beautiful as the pictures. Inside and outside. The sunrises and sunsets are amazing from the inside view or outside in the pool or deck. Rooms were clean. Only thing to be aware of are geckos which are common in the country all around. They sometimes slip in the home and may alarm you but are harmless and disappear. It’s a little challenging to find the property on some gps so we used the wipeout hostel as our guide to the entrance road. Overall great stay!”

“House is perfectly located on a clean family friendly beach with fun waves out back. The house is clean and roomy with a clean and functional back yard including a pool. The pool is nice to cool down in after coming back from beach and or a surf. We were able to grill out on the new terrace on the side of the home which was perfect for a evening at the house. The three large bedrooms with each one having its own bathroom upstiars is optimal for families and or friends to stay in comfort and……

“We loved staying at Hilltop House!! Our group was a family of 6 including 2 grandparents and 2 kids (10-13 years). The house was great!! We loved the pool and hanging out in the “eagles nest” to enjoy the view and animals (several bird nests on the property, iguanas, macaws flying to/from the beach, and even a cane toad) The beach (we drove due to the steep hill) was very close (no issues parking) and great for boogie boarding, jumping waves, tide pools and seeing scarlet macaws (10+ daily). “The View, the View, the view. Beds and living space were comfortable and first rate. Not only was it a great leap off point to many awesome adventures, it was very comfortable just to relax, listen to birds and waves. (Challenges, no coffee filters, ice maker, hot water in showers works but runs out if more than one shower is in use, or washer. Dryer was not working but Manuel sent a fix it person right away) ”

“House was great for our family. Good staff with housekeeper and security. Rated 4 stars due to non operating dishwasher. We wound up doing dishes most nights as we did not want to leave them overnight for housekeeper next day. Concerned about attracting pests.”

“Entire vacation was fantastic. Host / owner and staff could not of been more friendly. Location on the beach, two buildings with multiple bedrooms, common gathering areas and pool made this vacation a huge success for my six buddies and me. The location was very close to the adult activity, casino, stores and restaurants. Special thanks to the property staff. They worked hard and always seemed to have a smile and positive attitude.”
