Welcome to our "one of a kind house". "The Barn" is designed to look like a barn but houses a 5-star accommodation that will sleep a large family or multiple families and friends.

"The Barn" is located on the north side of Holland just before the Holland State Park and a short walk to both Lake Michigan and Lake Macatawa Beaches. This rental is located in the Oak Grove Resort and offers the use of all the resort amenities including pool, spa, playground, basketball court and store. "The Barn" offers 3,780 square feet of living space with an amazing bunk room that sleeps 8. This is a fun room for kids or kids at heart. Other rooms include a master suite, 3 queen rooms and a room with a double bed. Relax in a large living room, watch some TV in the den or kick back on the deck and enjoy a s'more over the gas fire pit.

Amenities include large kitchen with granite counter tops, dishwasher, refrigerator, 5 burner stove, all kitchen utensils, gas fireplace, 4 TV's, linens, washer/dryer, 2 stall garage and 3 reserved parking spots. Large furnished deck with sitting area, dining table, gas fire pit and Weber grill. The resort offers a heated pool, spa, playground, candy store and bike rentals ($.)

Holland is an amazing town with lots of great restaurants, micro-breweries, art studios, museums, beaches and entertainment that will keep you busy while making "The Barn" your central location. Holland is also close to Grand Haven and Saugatuck which are small resort towns in the area that are fun to visit.

McCord Huddleston family vacation
As a family we take 1 vacation per year where my husband and I pay for the lodging for all 4 of our adult kids and spouses and 9 grandchildren. We have absolutely no complaints. The pictures do not do this “barn” justice. Our first night one of our grandsons had to have an emergency appendectomy and even with that this was by far our best vacation. We will return. This is a great house for several families (4) to stay in. The bunk room is ideal for the children (8) to sleep. It’s only a mile from Holland Beach and five miles to downtown Holland. You could not ask for more gracious hosts than Rod and Marie. The kitchen is very well set up and the large deck makes for a great gathering place!

We had such a lovely time at the barn for our girls weekend! The place is absolutely massive and so well maintained. We felt so comfortable relaxing in the family room and cooking in the kitchen. There was plenty of hot water and privacy for everyone. Would definitely return!

Beach Week
This makes the fifth time we have stayed at The Barn and it was as enjoyable as ever. Eight adults and six kids (4-11) fit very well with lots of space. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked several meals easily. The bunk room has been a great sleeping area for all the kids and a haven for the adults. Very close downtown Holland, the Holland Farmers' Market, great restaurants and only 1 mile from Holland State Park. Our granddaughter recommends 5 million stars...but we can only have space for 5. Best ‘Barn’ Vacation
We had a wonderful time staying at ‘The Barn’ in Holland! It was so special having our family together in this beautiful home and making memories that will last a lifetime! We had a wonderful family vacation at this beautiful home. I can't express enough how beautiful and clean the home was. The patio was beautiful and we had access to the pool and playground close by. Excellent family reunion property
Our experience at the Barn was wonderful! Rod and Maria were fantastic. We had 5 different families all coming to stay together and the space worked perfectly for our group size. The kitchen was well appointed and we cooked all our meals there. The space was well kept and clean and had everything we needed. The pool and playground on property were close and used often by the kids in the group. Overall highly recommend and we hope to book in the future.

Spacious, beautiful house in great location!
This is a great house in a very unusual location: right in the middle of an RV campground with a playground, pool, goats and chickens. The beach is about 1.5 miles down the road. What a fun spot! The house is well maintained and has all the amenities you will need for a great vacation. Lots of space for a large family get together. The kitchen is well stocked and functional.

Beautiful house with outstanding owners
This house was absolutely perfect for our extended family of 8 adults and 7 children. It was very clean with plenty of space, both for bedrooms and common space including a great outdoor patio. A fantastic public beach was only a short bike ride or walk away. Our kids loved the general store, swimming pool, and playground on site. Rod and Maria were really great hosts. When we had to cut our stay short due to a storm causing a power outage in the area, they graciously refunded the night without any hassle whatsoever. We highly recommend this property!

This house was amazing for getting our entire family together. The place is beautiful and meticulously kept up. The owners provide so many helpful items like toilet paper, garbage bags, a drying rack for your towels after a day at the beach, and even a pack n play if you have a little one. We love this house! We have now stayed at The Barn 4 years in a row and everyone in the family loves it. We are a family of 8 adults, 6 children from 10-3 years of age. Everything is well maintained, clean, well-furnished, well-stocked, and comfortable. We appreciate the close proximity to downtown Holland and Holland State Park. Rod and Marie run a great campground/resort and are super friendly. We are heading back again next Summer!
