“Nice hotel ”

“導航竟找不到需要多問幾次又加上週末大塞車賭了個多小時才找到,check in時告知有一間還需ㄧ個小時才可完成,要我們先到處走走再電話通知,結果卻是四個小時後才來電說房間好了,去櫃檯拿房卡時沒人道歉更別談昇等了,可能生意太好無所謂吧”

“The property by itself is 20min far from the lake. The picture of the lake in hotel booking pictures will confuse you, well just letting you know there is no lake or river around the hotel. It’s a totally different Ritz property that you can book separately from the hotel and stay there. They charge $800 per person and it’s only for 24hours or less to spend there. Yes I checked the map as well before I was booking and was wondering how come in the pictures I see lake in front of the hotel but on……

“对于滑雪爱好者来说酒店位置很好，可以skiin&skiout，旁边的雪道不错，周围雪具租借、滑雪学校、餐厅都有，就是价格较贵。酒店硬件有些旧了，订的四人住的房间里面是一张大床和一个沙发可拉开的沙发床。沙发床舒适度一般，无法让滑雪后的人好好睡个好觉恢复体力。而且房间内的空调、厨房水、浴室热水等设备过段时间就会启动操作一段时间，操作时声音很响，而且轮番启动，睡觉时真的很吵。房间隔音不好，感觉楼上的住客又经常穿着雪鞋在房间里不断的溜达，不胜其烦。酒店的服务没怎么感受到，housekeeping早晨8点多就来敲门要打扫房间，跟服务员说大概30分钟后可以打扫，结果一天活动结束回来后发现房间竟然跟离开时一样，无奈”

“If you’re handy with your phone and downloading apps and checking in remotely because there’s no front desk then this place is pretty good for the price super clean and cute inside with a fireplace new tile new carpet super comfy bed and the cleaning staff gal that was running around, trying to help me find my room was super nice but when you’re driving around the lake and trying to book your next place to stay because you’re working there and having to do everything remotely if you’re not super……

“Great location with beautiful beach and dock. The studio cabin was cozy and had a great kitchen with cookware. Would stay here again! ”

“早餐是包括在里面的8点半到11点。我们一家10点钟到已经没有什么剩下了，还有每天都是同一样东西，简单到不得了，因为我们住5天，所以吃到有点怕了。第三晚他们的系统在我信用卡收了我16块钱多，但每人解释得清楚为什么会有这个收费，前提是我入住的第一天全款已经过帐他们了。直到现在我也不知道他们有没有退回那16块钱我。”

“The Basecamp hotel was the perfect location for so many Lake Tahoe adventures! It is an easy walk to splendid Lake Tahoe views, grocery and restaurants. Also an easy drive to the majestic Sugar Pine Point, DL Bliss and Emerald Bay state parks for hiking and swimming. We loved it and look forward to a return visit.”
