First of all the lobby and elevator were filthy and stunk. When we opened our room, the smell of cigarettes caused us both to gag and there was a terrible smell. We complained and listened to another guest at the front desk complaining and we were both told to spray our room with her disinfectant. No ability to change rooms but honestly the hallway smelled just as bad! The pillows stunk like butts. Altogether an awful experience

Bathroom was filthy. Toilet bowl was splattered with feces, floor and shower were dirty. Carpeting was filthy, my socks and feet were black from walking on it. Room smelled terrible and hard to breathe. We will never stay here again and will not recommend this place to anyone else.

Our room was clean in appearance but the room had a very old musty smell . The breakfast was a full meal and good selection .

Sink in the bath room didn't work properly. The lighting in the bathroom was poor. The carpets in the rooms and hallways could use a shampoo or change all together.

The 1st room we got smelled like mold, the environment of the hotel felt unsanitary. the carpet was old, dirty and smelly. we were given another room which was more acceptable, would not recommend this hotel, our stay was very unpleasant.

The overall facility between the musty smell, smell of weed every morning in the hallways, nasty carpets that are so dirty they have black pathways in the room and the water roaches that live in the bathroom sink pretty much should say it all. Overall, will never stay there again nor would I recommend the facility to anyone.

The staff was so friendly and talkative. I really enjoyed talking with them. The room was spacious and very clean bathroom. The carpet needed a good shampoo cleaner. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was the usual eggs, sausage and biscuits. They did have a Belgian Waffle Maker.

Overall we were HIGHLY satisfied with our 3-night stay here. The outside is pleasant and clean, and immediately when we walked inside, the lobby looked and smelled clean and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed in room 225 on the second floor (they told us they’d face us towards the back of property, away from the noisy road which has been wonderful. NO issues with sound here. And our bed is configured against the outside wall so we don’t have neighbor noise) Immediately when we walked in the room it smelled clean. With a fresh almost bleachy smell in the bathroom. I wiped things down and haven’t even encountered dust! The hotel is older and a little shabby around the edges and some of the carpets could use an update. But for the price, this place has been GREAT. And the town of Laurel truly a pleasure to visit

The hotel needs some work. Carpet cleaning in the hallways and just overall cleaning. Staff was terrific and the room was clean. Enjoyed the stay.

Did not spend the night. The room smelled so musty and I have asthma knew if I stayed I would have an asthma attack. The lamp shade on one of the lamps was burnt that made me feel it was not maintained well at all. The rooms need to be totally remodeled

The room was poorly maintained. The bed sagged in the middle, the TV didn’t work and the staff could not fix it, the shower head produced a very weak water stream. No solutions were offered.

It was just ok. But there was something dried on one of our walls looked very nasty. I’m not sure how long it had been there. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut all the way. But other than that it was ok.

The bathroom tube and sink was dirty. I cleaned it before we could use it. The carpet was disgusting. They need to shampoo room 208. Staff was very nice. Breakfast wasn’t good. Waffle machine was out of order snd no oatmeal. I heard the worker say she wasn’t making any because the business was too slow. Very little bread. No fruit. Had to listen to two lady works sitting behind me complaining about their job there. Had to ask them to take their conversation elsewhere. I wish I had taken pictures. We stayed 2 nights.

Said I could not bring my dog in. We always stay at days inn with our dog. Then staff said there were dogs there all the time.

First I will say I was disappointed that the pool was closed for the season. It was still 90 outside. For what I paid I could’ve gotten the same services that was offered next door for half the cost. The bed was so uncomfortable. Needs to be replaced

The lady at counter was just having a conversation with another employee for 10 minutes before helping me. Then could not figure out my reservation with Expedia and had to call them , but it was her fault for not checking a box on computer. Took another 20 minutes to even check in Not good customer service and while doing all this she was gossiping to me about other employees, lady I don’t care I just want a room , omg

When i received my room key, i went to my room and the door was open. The beds did not have sheets and the room was not cleaned. The phone didn't work. The front desk was very attentive and apologetic and i did receive a new room but the hotel in general just needed a lot of attention and deep cleaning. I would not stay here again.
