The lady from Montreal and the morning manager were great. Yannis the bartender was great. They were absolutely amazing and they honestly went the EXTRA MILE when we had a challenge with another planned activity. The other thing is the view. Great view especially from the top deck. "The hotel staff was quite rude. They apparently have a no check in before 3:00 pm, even when rooms are available. The rooms are tired and the bathrooms are grungy. It is very overpriced as well. The location is excellent; right in the harbor area. That is the only thing I can recommend about this hotel. "
