Me equivoqué de mes , puse 5 al 10 de junio ( mi reserva era deberia ser del 5/al 10 de julio y yo había reservado en esa fecha en el Ritz Carlton de San Francisco ( me equivoqué y yo saco 90 noches por año en Hoteles . Com Y no me quieren compensar mi equivocación !!! Soy cliente hace 20 años y contestan tipo un número más , ignoran lo que uno uso el servicio de hoteles .com , MUY DECEPCINSNTE !!! Y Falta de INTELIGENCIA , No recomendaría más este servicio

Las habitaciones y baño con el tamaño un poco justo; pero el hotel en general está bastante bien, grande, moderno y cómodo. Personal muy amable. Buen desayuno incluido. La zona no es donde está el movimiento de la ciudad, pero está cerca.

Great new hotel. Very modern, fancy. Needs a ride to reach old city. Bath tub in the room is very tall, impossible to get in and out for a short person.

Will definitely stay at Epic SANA again if I ever go back to Lisbon. The staff were helpful and friendly. Francisco helped us upgraded our room, we had an amazing birthday trip. the hotel greeted us with a bottle of champagne and fruit. Supermarket is about 5 min walk. Sound proof is very good. Modern design. Everything’s clean.
