We practically lived on the beautiful Gulf-view lanai, the view is outstanding! And there's nothing better that starting the day with coffee and ending it with wine on the porch while listening to the waves. A wonderful place to unwind for a long weekend - very clean, has all the necessities, great location. It was a total delight!

Beautiful Week on Longboat!!
This place did not disappoint. Everything from being steps to the beach to a short drive to groceries and restaurants. Anna the owner made sure that we had everything we needed during our stay and even after when we forgot some items. She made sure that we got everything back in a timely manner. We are looking forward to visiting again. 2025 Spring Break!!!

We had a great time, and were treated like family! The condo is very spacious and has all the extras you would want: a big and small cooler, plenty of beach towels, beach umbrella and toys, beach lounge chairs. The beds were comfy with nice bedding. The pool was very warm. It is quiet and the only people on the beach were staying there or walking by. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect location!
The best location! Right on the beach with a gorgeous view! We wanted to find a place that was walking distance to my niece and nephew and it absolutely fit the bill. We ahd the best time with wonderfully comfortable beds and a really cozy spot.

Best I've Ever Stayed!!!
I can't say enough good things about Cabana 4. The setting, the host Anna, the awesome view, the cleaning lady Tia. They supplied us with everything I could think of (and more) to make our stay simply spectacular. I can go on and on! This visit was so awesome and Anna and Tia were both so generally caring it made me feel like I've known them both forever! They both went above and beyond to make our stay a fabulous (but too short) one!! Can't wait to go back!! 5 stars isn't enough for what this place and these ladys gave us on this little vacation!! Keep up the great work!!!

Wonderful Stay
Comfortable, very well equipped condo with incredible view thoroughly enjoyed by family!! Beds comfy, tons of bath, beach and kitchen towels. Very accommodating and responsive host. 2nd bedroom made into one large bed for a very happy teen. All in all a great place to stay!

Couldn't have been better!
This property was exactly as described and then some. Location and access to the beach couldn't be beat. Beds were comfortable, good towels, sheets, etc. Plenty of beach accessories including chairs and umbrella's available. Plenty of tv options. Very, very quiet. Would we stay there again? Absolutely!

Location, location, location
The location is superb, we loved the privacy of the beach. Previously we have stayed on Anna Maria Island and the beaches are much busier. Anna, the host went out of her way to make the stay comfortable for me because I have severe allergies, she is great with communication and took the extra steps to ensure that I would have no allergic issues. We loved it there and would book again.

Great location and beautiful condo.
Condo was great! Communications with owner was flawless. Private beach area with chairs and towels and umbrellas provided. Ton of options available for nearby restaurants. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Great get away!
Stunning location right on the beach! We enjoyed having chairs and umbrellas for our use. We spent most of our time on the beach or the deck overlooking the ocean. I loved the screened in area because I hate mosquitoes, so I was able to sit outside in the evening with no worries. The unit was very clean and comfortable. It would be a perfect unit for both small children and teenagers along with parents. There is plenty of room. Easy check in and great communication. I would stay there again for sure.

Love at 1st Sight!
Our stay was absolutely perfect. The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. The location was amazing. Beach, sand and ocean life was better than we could have imagined. What a great spot! We will be back soon!

Beautiful sunsets
Property is a bit rundown the condo itself needs a little makeover and paint. No elevator is difficult for some people. We had no running water for a day due to issues with the watermain. We left the property early and requested a refund for the remaining days and were given only 1 days refund. Communication with the owner was difficult and didn't always make sense. No staff on site is a problem.

Firstly, your comments have hurt many people, and it's essential to be mindful of how our words can affect others. Secondly, I would like to clarify that I am the host of the property, with a total of 179 reviews and a rating of 4.8, which reflects the quality of our service. Regarding your claim that we did not inform you of the 28 stairs, I assure you that it is clearly mentioned in the property description. As for the refund, I provided a day's worth of refund when we had a water shortage after the hurricane. However, we could not provide a refund for the remaining days as you decided to leave the place when everything was working!! , You have been lying about my team not coming and not helping you. They came faster than anyone else's. It was very hurtful to my team and my hard work. I've given you a—5-star review because you didn't tell the truth, I am a Christian woman, and I will face it if something is wrong, and I cannot accept somebody hurting my team. Longboat
Enjoyed the peace and quiet at the Cabana. Beautiful view of the ocean from balcony. Anna is an excellent host. Cabana was clean and fully stocked. Nice to have beach chairs available. Stairs are a bit of a challenge for older people but we managed. Shops and restaurants nearby. Armand Circle fun to explore.

Beautiful views, quiet beach, great location.
We stayed in condo #4 which had a beautiful view of the beach. The Florida temps were well into the hundreds during our stay, but the a/c in the condo kept us cool. Anna was very responsive to any questions we had. The condo was conveniently located near numerous restaurants. The beach was clean and quiet. Everything was just right!

Property was clean and in a great location. Close to several different beaches we wanted to visit on our trip (Siesta, Lido, Anna Maria, etc.) and of course Longboat just behind the property. Lovely views of the Gulf from the enclosed back patio (enclosure kept any bugs away!). The property was ice cold when we needed relief from the hot August temperatures. The host was just a text away if we needed anything and checked in before our stay to see if we had questions. Would definitely stay here again.

A great beachfront vacation spot
The condo is in a great location on Longboat. It was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There are only a few condos in the club and it was very quiet and peaceful while we were there. We hope to return in the future.

Great location with excellent views!
This condo was a great place to stay for a girls weekend. All of the amenities you would ever need were included. The unit is very close to the beach, so it was easy to walk from the condo to the beach and be set up for the day in no time. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would stay here again!

BEST CABANA EVER!
The pictures do not do this place justice. Anna, the host is absolutely amazing. Her communication was unbelievable!! The unit is huge compared to the other ones that were close. Super short walk to the “private” beach. Free chairs umbrellas and toys. It was the most peaceful beach I’ve ever been too. We are definitely going back.

Fantastic Location, Great Management
The communication with the property manager was fantastic. She was very attentive and accomodating. The condo is in wonderful proximity to a beautiful, private beach. Paradise is a short walk away. The condo had everything we needed and more. Would definitely book again.

Cozy cabana on the beach
We stayed two weeks at the Cabana and wished we could have stayed longer! It's a beautiful view from the balcony and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Anna , the owner ,and Tonia from housekeeping went above and beyond to accommodate any requests that we had. Hope we can stay again in the near future!

Nice Beach Spotb
Anna’s property is right on the beach and very convenient for beach go-ers! It was pretty clean, but we had an issue with ants while we were there. Anna was very apologetic and communicative about the problem and gave us an Amazon gift card to compensate. This unit does have stairs, of which we weren’t aware, but overall makes for a nice stay for a family!

Cabana Beach Getaway
This little beach place was a great getaway with my family over Christmas. We loved being right on the beach!! It was a very easy drive to the grocery store and restaurants…… the owner anticipated everything we might have needed. It was exactly as described, and we enjoyed our stay.. Peaceful Elegance
A lovely condo in a perfect, private location. We enjoyed every minute, inside, on the screened in balcony, and the beach. We wish there were more restaurants within walking distance. Harry’s is very nice, but extremely overpriced. We will be back!

Beautiful condo with everything we needed!
We have stayed here multiple times. The owner is very attentive. The condo has lot of pillows and towels, plenty of kitchen tools, and even beach toys. When we had a question about the thermostat, the owner answered immediately and fixed the problem right away. Could not have been better!

A wonderful property in an amazing location

Hidden Treasure

October 16 - 20 Long Boat Key
The property is lovely. Just about 11 units and this was perfect! Pool was clean and offered a variety of seating options. Grill area was wonderful. And location, location, location! Perfect spot to spend time with friends who enjoy the Gulf of Mexico as much as I do. Unit #4 was just as described and more!

Just what we needed!
Was looking for a place to get away for a few days and Cabana 4 was just right! Very clean and very nicely furnished! Plenty of towels and extra pillows, and beach towels furnished are very nice! Beautiful setting -watching sunsets on the porch was fabulous. Very easy walk to the beach and available beach chairs were icing on the cake! Highly recommend for any beach trip! Anna was very kind and accommodating as well! Very thankful we got to do this!

Awesome relaxing location
The location is great. Beach is not a busy spot, since it is privately owned condos. The condo unit itself was clean and communication with the owner was fantastic. I could tell she valued our stay to a be positive one. Highly recommended place to stay for relaxing vacation at Anna Maria Island/Longboat Key area.

Beautiful beach location
I would like to say the host, Anna, was wonderful. She was quick to reply with answers to any questions we had before and during our stay. She even asked if she could assist in any way with getting something we left back at home. The condo is in a beautiful location, and the private beach was worth staying there alone. The condo had pretty much every essential item needed for the stay. There were a couple downsides. First, there was construction right next door. We know this can’t be controlled, but this should be temporary listed because we were woken up every morning by the crew during the weekdays. Second, the condo is listed as luxury. We don’t have high standards, although the location is beautiful, the condo itself needs upgrades to have a luxury title. Although functional, most fixtures, including fans (rust on one in a bedroom), lamps, appliances and bathroom fixtures, to mention a few items, are all cheap. Third, this is a preference, although the beds are brand new, they are firm. Be aware, if you need a bed that is not firm you will need to buy a topper. We ran to Walmart and purchased one so we could sleep. Final thoughts, this was a nice place, great host, and we really wouldn’t have had anything negative to say if it wasn’t listed as luxury and was warned about the construction.

Wonderful Vacation
This property was better than advertised. Incredible oceanfront views and close enough to dinner and shopping without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Our 3 year old LOVED the pool. Anna was very helpful. We highly recommend this property!

Beautiful location, if you've never stayed at Longboat Key FL you SHOULD!
Wow, it was like being on a Caribbean Island with the convenience of easier travel due to the Sarasota/Bradenton airports and also the option to drive to Orlando for the day. The white beach and crystal clear water was phenomenal. The view from this unit was spectacular and the unit itself had everything we needed for a relaxing stay and was well updated with all new amenities; we couldn't have asked for anything more. Also... I've stayed at alot of Vrbos, this one had the most comfortable bed and also I appreciated that there was a fan in the bedroom... most places I've stayed at didn't have these added details.

A little piece of Heaven
This was our 2nd time staying at Anna's beautiful , clean condo right on the beach.We couldn't be happier and more relaxed. The condo has everything you need for a great beach vacation ,right down to plush bath and beach towels.We cooked all week and had everything we needed.It is only a short walk straight to the beach but you can enjoy the gorgeous view right from the screened in private patio.The sunrises and sunsets will take your breath away.We will definitely stay here again!
