Good evening, I apologize for the alarms going off in the middle of the night. Someone pulled the fire alarm in the middle of the night and we were not able to stop the alarm in time. We have already ramped up our housekeeping team so there won't be an issue with rooms not being serviced. I am really sorry you had to endure all of the obstacles you went through during your stay with us, and I truly hope you give us another chance in the future.
