The apartment is located on the 1st floor accessed by lift. The apartment is arranged over one floor and is comfortably furnished with a dining table, large sofa and TV. The lounge leads out onto the south-west facing terrace furnished with a further dining table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a separate utility terrace housing the washing machine.
The master bedroom is furnished with 3 single beds and has built in wardrobes and enjoys an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, built in wardrobes and has use of the the guest shower room.
