Lovely property in a nice,safe neighbourhood. The house was immaculately clean and well stocked in bathroom and kitchen. Joyelle was a great host, very happy with check in and communication. Only suggestion woulld be some lamps in the hall and sitting room. Several good places to eat within walking distance. Highly recommend

We loved the neighborhood and close proximity to restaurants , shops and the farmers market. The house was very tidy and organized with plenty of neccesities supplied. The beds were very comfortable as well as the pillows.Check out was simple and the owners were attentive and quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

We loved our stay in this beautiful home! Only a short ride to Graceland and short walk for dinner and ice cream! A comfortable backyard and immaculately done inside - everyone deserves a chandelier in life!

Pretty house
The house is very true to the photos. It is decorated nicely, spacious and comfortable. Within walking distance of several restaurants/bars. Convenient to drive to downtown and tourist attractions. Dog was happy with the fenced in yard and walkable neighborhood. Was a great stay.

Fantastic Stay
We have stayed at lots of VRBOs, and this one was truly great. Joelle was an absolute angel to us. She responded quickly, and helped us over and over. The place is beautiful. We are from Memphis and we love this area. Great restaurants are in easy walking distance, and centrally located to get to anything. The place is even better than the pictures. I can not recommend this place enough. Thanks Joelle for everything!

Hidden Gem of Memphis
This craftsman cottage was perfectly nestled in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood that is just steps away from great dining and shopping options. My husband and I stayed here for our wedding anniversary trip to visit the city of Memphis. We loved this location because it was less than 15 minutes to downtown Memphis and felt very centrally located to dining and attractions. We would spend our days touring the downtown area and come back to a relaxing and cozy cottage that felt much like home. There was more than enough space for us and the Host made sure to have plenty of unexpected necessities on hand; like makeup mirrors, creamer/sugar/coffee, noise machines, fans, a towel warmer, and historical and tourist info about Memphis. Communication was on point and the description is extremely accurate. We had zero issues during our stay. My only note would be, if you are a dark room sleeper this house has a lot of natural light and shear window coverings so bring a sleep mask. Otherwise you should want for nothing!

Great house in Memphis
We stayed here for a week - beautiful house with super comfy beds, great showers/bathrooms, cool chandeliers, a porch and back yard. There's also a very handy digital screen that is used for check in/check out and helpful info about the area. Talking of which - loads of great cafes, bars and restaurants nearby - if you like Breweries I recommend Hammer & Ale which is a mere few minutes from the house. Graceland was 15 minutes. A great way to see the city. All thumbs up.

One Word - AMAZING!!
I have stayed in many VRBOs and this house is an amazing property. From first glance when you enter the home, you are thrown back in time. The hardwood floors, antique furnishings and fabulous bathroom makes this home a must stay. Very clean and you will have everything you need to make your stay memorable. The backyard was an oasis in the evenings. We were also walking distance to restaurants and a cute little mom-pop bookstore that's a must. We were not far from all of the attractions in Memphis. I'm sure you are skeptical of my review, but trust me when i say it's a must - stay.

Cooper Young for the Win
Came to Memphis for the Ironman race. Didn’t know much about the area but didn’t want to stay downtown. The race was in Shelby Park which was only about 20 min away. The house and the town were just perfect. Extremely cute house in walking distance to quite a few restaurants, breweries and shops. We loved it. The weather was beautiful so that we could enjoy a few meals and a couple of glasses of wine on the back patio under the lights! We would definitely stay here again if in the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Perfect Memphis Getaway
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, charming house. It has been beautifully maintained and updated, and had most everything that we needed. It is located in a great, friendly, quiet neighborhood. It is very common to see people walking their dogs and going to the local restaurants. The bedrooms were relatively comfortable, but the pillows could have been better. Both rooms had sound machines which is a huge plus for me. The kitchen seemed well-stocked, however, we only used it for snacks. The large shower was perfect with great water pressure. We really enjoyed the beauty of this house.

Wonderful cozy house
Great communication with the host. Home was spacious, clean and had all the amenities to enjoy. Back yard was fenced and secured for our dog. Walking distance to many restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood. Kitchen had everything needed to cook. Definitely worth staying here.

The property is located in a quaint neighborhood with restaurants, shops and pubs within a couple of blocks. This proved to be helpful when an ice storm lasting several days moved in. We enjoyed our warm and cozy stay and were able to pick up delicious food just down the street. The fenced backyard was ideal to be able to let our dog in and out. The owner could not be nicer - she even mailed us some clothing we left behind in a drawer! We will certainly stay at this property on our next visit to Memphis.

We loved our stay in Joelle’s home! Super clean, beautiful, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The fenced yard was a huge plus for our dogs. Though we didn’t have time to explore during a short stay, the area looked really cute with a lot of restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Quiet getaway
The house was gorgeous and nicely decorated. My dog loved the big back yard. House was very clean. There was not enough coffee and the TV was hard to figure out. We had a wonderful time.
