We love it that the hotel is conveniently located. It is modern and well maintained. However the checkin staff were not as friendly as other 2 hotels that we stayed in Japan on this trip. On 1 of the morning, we requested for a hard pillow to be sent to our room. The staff at the checkin counter acknowledged. But when we returned at night, the request was not done.

Really great overnight stop for catching the train the next morning. Great view from room window. One small gripe - it’s quite tricky to navigate back to the hotel late in the evening as many escalators are turned off so the signage becomes unhelpful.
