É o tipo de hotel que quebra o galho, não tem muuuito conforto, mas também não é ruim. Pra quem passa o dia fora passeando e dorme a noite, é válido. A localização é ótima, na Avenida principal de Ponta Negra e tem tudo que você precisa nas proximidades.

Decepcionante e terrível
Hotel péssimo, com atendentes com má vontade de atender o cliente (principalmente o pessoal do café - um moça que fazia cara feia até para esquentar uma mamadeira da minha filha). Quarto com móveis caindo aos pedaços, sujeira nos cantos e no banheiro, o papel higiênico é daqueles super simples que quando tocamos ele se rasga. Um absurdo. Não vale nada esta hospedagem e digo mais, tem muito por 20..30 reais a mais muito melhores. Pior estadia da minha vida.

Um pouco desorganizado
Ficamos no hotel apenas para passar o restante do dia, pois chegamos de Noronha na hora do almoço e nosso voo de volta para o Rio seria as 6:00 do dia seguinte. O ponoto negativo foi que chegamos ao hotel e ficamos aguardando quase uma hora para liberarem o quarto. Chegamos depois das 14hs, horário de check-in e mesmo assim precisamos ficar esse tempo todo aguardando.

O atendimento do pessoal é muito bom, exceto pela falta de traquejo de uma senhora, creio que a dona/administradora na hora do check-out porque eu havia deixado a chave no quarto. Pareceu-me que se eu não entregasse a chave não faria o check-out. Não entendi pois já fiquei em vários hoteis de categoria muito superior e isso nunca aconteceu. As condições do hotel e do quarto são precárias para o preço que se paga. Almofadas rasgadas no quarto, travesseiros sem fronhas, cortinas com manchas horríveis, cadeiras pareciam ter mofo.;....
