Cute motel and very friendly staff! However, we slept with ear plugs as the walls are thin (there was a noisy party on the first floor underneath us) and a flag pole on the property had a rope clanging against it in the wind all night long. The a/c wall unit could use a cleaning as it was a bit musty smelling. Otherwise everything was okay.

Ft Fisher is very interesting. The aquarium is very educational and a must see. The beach access between Ft. Fisher and the aquarium is a great place to be on the beach.
