Thank you for the 4 star review, However looking over your reservation notes you did not call in to let us know the AC was not working. We would have been more than happy to send maintenance to take a look at the AC unit and to change the filter. We do appreciate you staying with us and hope you enjoyed your vacation otherwise.

Ms. Renee. We are sorry that the elevator was out of service, however we are not affiliated with the resort in any way. The resort HOA did not let us know until the day of which of course we let you know as soon as we found out. You were offered to be refunded and to contact VRBO to find another place which you refused. We did offer a discount for the inconvenience. However you did not call in to the office to let us know about the ceiling fan, We would have been happy to send maintenance to take a look at the fan. You called the day before check out to let us know the AC was not working which we did call out a vendor but due to companies being short staffed, they got there as soon as they could which you were already checked out.

We are sorry to hear about the elevator issues. Unfortunately since we are in no affliation with the resort or the HOA we were just finding out about the elevator as well. The HOA does not inform the property management companies if there is an issue on site. We did let the HOA know that the lights were out since they manage the resort it would be there responsibility to fix the lights in the stairwells and around the property. The units are individually owned and we are only responsible for inside of the unit that we rent.
