Thank you so much for choosing to stay at the Avista and apologize as it seems all was not as we would expect for your stay. I do apologize it seems so many children were not under the control of their parents and it impacted you use of the pools. We do place signs all around the pools stating there is no Life Guard present and do expect our families to behave properly and to monitor their children's activity.
